Manufacturing Quality Process

Raw Material Incoming

All brass bar stock and components verified against material certificates (EN 10204) before entering production.

CNC Precision Machining

Automated CNC turning centers maintain tolerances of ±0.02mm on all critical dimensions including thread form and orifice diameter.

Chrome Plating Line

Multi-stage electroplating process: alkaline cleaning → copper strike → semi-bright nickel → bright nickel → chrome. ASTM B456 compliant.

Glass Bulb Integration

Calibrated glass bulbs installed and leak-tested. Each sprinkler hydrostatically tested to 20 bar (3× working pressure).

Performance Testing

Sample lots tested for activation temperature, flow rate, water distribution, and impact resistance per UL 199 and FM 2000 protocols.

UL/FM Audit Compliance

Annual factory inspections by UL and FM Global auditors to maintain certification. Traceability records retained for 10 years.
